We’re proud to share that BioFashionTech is part of the Netherlands pilot, a collaborative effort bringing together complementary technologies to rethink how textile waste can be transformed into new value.

The initiative, highlighted by The Biomimicry Institute, brings together:
Circle Economy coordinating the ecosystem | Erdotex Group providing textile waste streams | EV Biotech advancing precision fermentation | TNO leading thermochemical gasification.

Our role focuses on enzymatic hydrolysis, helping unlock value from complex textile waste alongside complementary approaches like precision fermentation and thermochemical processing.

This project reflects a shared belief: meaningful change in textiles happens through collaboration, not isolated solutions.
